We are privileged to work closely with Ben Shewry and his Team at Attica Restaurant (Awarded 3 Hats and Restaurant of the Year 2013, the Age Good Food Guide and voted No.21 of the top 100 restaurants in the World by San Pellegrino).
On July 29, 2010, Tad Lombardo competed as a finalist in the World Chocolate Masters Australia 2010 competition at Kirsten Tibball’s Savour. During the event, 40 molded chocolates, two entremets and a chocolate showpiece were created. The flavour of the molded chocolates was mint, mango and coriander and the entremets were a spiced mousse and purple corn.
In 2012 Cioccolato Lombardo was awarded both a Gold Medal for boxed chocolates and the Champion Trophy at the Melbourne Fine Food Awards.

Carmine and I want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the chocolates you made for our wedding on Saturday 6 March 2010. Right from the outset, you were super helpful, flexible and calm (which is exactly what a bride needs!). The quality and presentation of the chocolates was just divine. We had so many "oh wow!" comments on the day - everyone loved them (especially my 8 year old nephew who grabbed a couple extra for himself!).
We can not thank you enough for the above-and-beyond service we received. Thank you for taking such good care of the chocolates and keeping them at just the right temperature right up until they were put on the tables so they would keep their beautiful shine. The passion you have for chocolate is obvious and your attention to detail is impressive. Thanks again for making our celebration even more special and we look forward to working with you again...maybe a baby shower next :)
