66% Madagascar dark chocolate ganache rolled in dark chocolate.
An orange flavoured praline enrobed with milk chocolate and decorated with candied citrus fruit.
Discs of white, milk or dark chocolate mixed with caramelized almonds.
A layer of hazelnut praline atop a layer of hazelnut massepain embellished with a caramelized hazelnut and enrobed in 70% dark chocolate then decorated with a drizzle of white chocolate.

Our chocolates are decorated using innovative techniques and products.
Depending on the desired effect, colored cocoa butter is sprayed onto chocolate molds to create contrasting colors and a glossy shine.
We use gold and silver leaf, metallic powders, and glitter to create a classy, sophisticated finished product that stands out and has impact. All our decorative finishes are edible.
Chocolate transfer sheets having the Cioccolato Lombardo logo as well as other designs are printed in cocoa butter and applied to many of our chocolates, creating our point of difference.
The use of structure sheets to imprint a pleasing design on the surface of the chocolate is also implemented to create yet another type of decoration.
